Mu\u1ed1n tr\u1edf th\u00e0nh b\u00e1c s\u0129 chuy\u00ean v\u1ec1 m\u1ed9t l\u0129nh v\u1ef1c (tim m\u1ea1ch, nhi, s\u1ea3n&#8230;), b\u00e1c s\u0129 c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 h\u1ecdc ti\u1ebfp <strong>chuy\u00ean khoa I (CKI)<\/strong>, th\u01b0\u1eddng kho\u1ea3ng 2 n\u0103m, r\u1ed3i h\u1ecdc ti\u1ebfp <strong>chuy\u00ean khoa II (CKII)<\/strong>, th\u01b0\u1eddng th\u00eam kho\u1ea3ng 2 n\u0103m n\u1eefa (L\u00ea Nga, 2026).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Theo d\u1ef1 th\u1ea3o th\u00f4ng t\u01b0 B\u1ed9 Y t\u1ebf \u0111ang ho\u00e0n thi\u1ec7n, hai b\u1eadc n\u00e0y s\u1ebd \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c g\u1ed9p th\u00e0nh <strong>m\u1ed9t ch\u01b0\u01a1ng tr\u00ecnh chuy\u00ean khoa<\/strong>, h\u1ecdc xong nh\u1eadn <strong>m\u1ed9t v\u0103n b\u1eb1ng b\u00e1c s\u0129 chuy\u00ean khoa<\/strong> (H\u00e0 Minh, 2026). Ch\u01b0\u01a1ng tr\u00ecnh chia hai giai \u0111o\u1ea1n:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Chuy\u00ean khoa c\u01a1 b\u1ea3n<\/strong> nh\u01b0 n\u1ed9i, ngo\u1ea1i, s\u1ea3n, nhi, da li\u1ec5u: d\u1ef1 ki\u1ebfn 3 n\u0103m. H\u1ecdc xong c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 l\u00e0m vi\u1ec7c \u1edf b\u1ec7nh vi\u1ec7n \u0111a khoa t\u1ec9nh.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Chuy\u00ean khoa s\u00e2u<\/strong> nh\u01b0 ph\u1eabu thu\u1eadt tim m\u1ea1ch, ph\u1eabu thu\u1eadt th\u1ea7n kinh: h\u1ecdc l\u00e2u h\u01a1n (L\u00ea Nga, 2026).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u1ed9 tr\u00ecnh t\u1ed1i thi\u1ec3u \u0111\u1ec3 th\u00e0nh b\u00e1c s\u0129 chuy\u00ean khoa v\u00ec th\u1ebf s\u1ebd l\u00e0 kho\u1ea3ng <strong>10 n\u0103m<\/strong>: 6 n\u0103m \u0111\u1ea1i h\u1ecdc, kho\u1ea3ng 1 n\u0103m th\u1ef1c h\u00e0nh \u0111\u1ec3 \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c c\u1ea5p gi\u1ea5y ph\u00e9p h\u00e0nh ngh\u1ec1, v\u00e0 \u00edt nh\u1ea5t 3 n\u0103m chuy\u00ean khoa (Thu H\u01b0\u01a1ng, 2026).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u00fd do thay \u0111\u1ed5i, theo C\u1ee5c Khoa h\u1ecdc, C\u00f4ng ngh\u1ec7 v\u00e0 \u0110\u00e0o t\u1ea1o (B\u1ed9 Y t\u1ebf): hi\u1ec7n nay nhi\u1ec1u chuy\u00ean ng\u00e0nh \u0111\u1ec1u h\u1ecdc t\u01b0\u01a1ng \u0111\u1ed1i gi\u1ed1ng nhau, kho\u1ea3ng 2-3 n\u0103m, d\u00f9 \u0111\u1ed9 kh\u00f3 r\u1ea5t kh\u00e1c nhau. B\u00e1c s\u0129 n\u1ed9i tr\u00fa v\u00e0 b\u00e1c s\u0129 chuy\u00ean khoa l\u1ea1i \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c \u0111\u00e0o t\u1ea1o song song m\u00e0 ch\u01b0a c\u00f3 m\u1ed9t m\u00f4 h\u00ecnh th\u1ed1ng nh\u1ea5t (V\u0103n Hi\u1ec1n, 2026).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">C\u00f2n <strong>b\u00e1c s\u0129 n\u1ed9i tr\u00fa<\/strong> s\u1ebd tr\u1edf th\u00e0nh &#8220;k\u00eanh \u0111\u1eb7c bi\u1ec7t&#8221; cho sinh vi\u00ean xu\u1ea5t s\u1eafc, \u0111\u1ec3 \u0111\u00e0o t\u1ea1o chuy\u00ean gia \u0111\u1ea7u ng\u00e0nh. H\u1ecd ph\u1ea3i b\u01b0\u1edbc v\u00e0o giai \u0111o\u1ea1n <strong>residency<\/strong>, t\u1ea1m hi\u1ec3u l\u00e0 &#8220;b\u00e1c s\u0129 th\u1ef1c t\u1eadp chuy\u00ean khoa&#8221;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>V\u1eeba l\u00e0m v\u1eeba h\u1ecdc.<\/strong> B\u00e1c s\u0129 residency l\u00e0m vi\u1ec7c trong m\u1ed9t nh\u00f3m \u0111i\u1ec1u tr\u1ecb c\u00f9ng c\u00e1c nh\u00e2n vi\u00ean y t\u1ebf kh\u00e1c, d\u01b0\u1edbi s\u1ef1 gi\u00e1m s\u00e1t c\u1ee7a b\u00e1c s\u0129 ch\u00ednh (attending physician) (AAMC, kh\u00f4ng r\u00f5 n\u0103m).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u0110\u01b0\u1ee3c tr\u1ea3 l\u01b0\u01a1ng.<\/strong> N\u0103m 2025, m\u1ee9c l\u01b0\u01a1ng trung b\u00ecnh n\u0103m \u0111\u1ea7u ti\u00ean c\u1ee7a b\u00e1c s\u0129 residency \u1edf M\u1ef9 l\u00e0 68.166 USD (Garvey, 2026).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Th\u1eddi gian kh\u00e1c nhau theo ng\u00e0nh.<\/strong> N\u1ed9i khoa v\u00e0 nhi khoa 3 n\u0103m, y h\u1ecdc gia \u0111\u00ecnh 3-4 n\u0103m, ngo\u1ea1i t\u1ed5ng qu\u00e1t 5 n\u0103m, ph\u1eabu thu\u1eadt th\u1ea7n kinh 7 n\u0103m (Murphy, 2020). Ai mu\u1ed1n chuy\u00ean s\u00e2u h\u01a1n n\u1eefa th\u00ec h\u1ecdc th\u00eam 1-3 n\u0103m g\u1ecdi l\u00e0 fellowship (AAMC, kh\u00f4ng r\u00f5 n\u0103m).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">T\u1ed5ng c\u1ed9ng, \u0111\u00e0o t\u1ea1o m\u1ed9t b\u00e1c s\u0129 \u1edf M\u1ef9 m\u1ea5t t\u1eeb 7 \u0111\u1ebfn 15 n\u0103m, t\u00f9y chuy\u00ean ng\u00e0nh (AAMC, kh\u00f4ng r\u00f5 n\u0103m).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ai \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c v\u00e0o residency? M\u1ed9t &#8220;h\u1ec7 th\u1ed1ng gh\u00e9p \u0111\u00f4i&#8221; to\u00e0n qu\u1ed1c<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ph\u1ea7n l\u1edbn sinh vi\u00ean \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c x\u1ebfp v\u00e0o ch\u01b0\u01a1ng tr\u00ecnh residency th\u00f4ng qua h\u1ec7 th\u1ed1ng gh\u00e9p \u0111\u00f4i qu\u1ed1c gia (National Resident Matching Program, g\u1ecdi t\u1eaft l\u00e0 &#8220;the Match&#8221;). Sinh vi\u00ean x\u1ebfp h\u1ea1ng c\u00e1c ch\u01b0\u01a1ng tr\u00ecnh m\u00ecnh mu\u1ed1n; c\u00e1c ch\u01b0\u01a1ng tr\u00ecnh x\u1ebfp h\u1ea1ng c\u00e1c \u1ee9ng vi\u00ean m\u00ecnh mu\u1ed1n nh\u1eadn; h\u1ec7 th\u1ed1ng gh\u00e9p hai b\u00ean l\u1ea1i v\u1edbi nhau (NRMP, 2026).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">K\u1ebft qu\u1ea3 c\u00f4ng b\u1ed1 c\u00f9ng l\u00fac tr\u00ean to\u00e0n qu\u1ed1c v\u00e0o m\u1ed9t ng\u00e0y th\u00e1ng 3, g\u1ecdi l\u00e0 &#8220;Match Day&#8221;, v\u00e0 b\u00e1c s\u0129 b\u1eaft \u0111\u1ea7u residency t\u1eeb th\u00e1ng 7 (AAMC, kh\u00f4ng r\u00f5 n\u0103m). N\u0103m 2026, h\u1ec7 th\u1ed1ng c\u00f3 44.344 v\u1ecb tr\u00ed v\u00e0 48.050 \u1ee9ng vi\u00ean ch\u00ednh th\u1ee9c. Ngo\u00e0i ra c\u00f2n c\u00f3 <strong>ch\u1ee9ng nh\u1eadn chuy\u00ean khoa<\/strong> (board certification) do 24 h\u1ed9i \u0111\u1ed3ng chuy\u00ean khoa c\u1ea5p.
